Talk To Someone Who Has Been Through It

  • Could be your siblings, family members, seniors, or friends who have been through this experience.
  • They may even share tips with you!

Prepare For School

  • Have your books, notes, and relevant materials ready for school prior to the first day
  • Practice traveling to college and familiarise yourself with the area if you have never been to the campus before
  • Find a study strategy that works for you

  • Talk to new classmates and make friends with your seniors
  • Don’t be upset if you don’t make friends instantly
  • Making friends takes time

Make Full Use Of The Resources

You can look for:
  • Lecturers, Tutors and Academic advisors for academic related questions
  • Go to the Library or read online journals
  • Career advisors for career related queries

Handling Stress

  • Reach out if you feel overwhelmed
  • It could be your friend from previous schools, family member, counsellor or school support helpline
  • Try breathing exercises, getting active, and having "me-time" to take a step back and destress
