STRIVE for WEllness
STRIVE for WEllness is made up of three pillars that organise every TWIS programme and consulting engagement. Together with our 10 Dimensions of Wellness framework, the pillars guide how we meet people at different stages of their wellness journey, across schools, workplaces, and communities.
SEED
Growing the Foundations of Wellness
SEED is where most journeys begin. We focus on building mental health literacy, growing self-awareness, and supporting people to develop small, sustainable habits that care for their well-being day to day. For organisations, SEED is also where a shared language around well-being takes root.
SHAPE
Preparing for Transitions
SHAPE supports people and organisations through transitions, whether that is moving from school to work, stepping into leadership for the first time, or moving into a new life stage. We help people build the skills, mindset, and support they need to step into what is next with confidence and care.
SHINE
Thriving in Every Phase of Life
SHINE is where wellness becomes everyday practice across the seasons of life. Whether someone is a student, a young professional, a working adult, a parent, or a senior in a new chapter, SHINE supports them to thrive in the season they are in. Our structured programs help students manage stress, support peers, and develop professional skills for future success. We believe that youth well-being is a shared responsibility.
