At Total Wellness Initiative Singapore (TWIS), we believe that wellness is for everyone — whether you’re a student navigating life transitions, a community member exploring your well-being, or a corporate leader building a healthier workplace.

Our mission is to empower people with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to prioritise their well-being and the well-being of those around them. Through structured programs, peer support initiatives, and digital platforms, we create sustainable well-being ecosystems across schools, communities, and workplaces.

Supporting Mental Well-being, Leadership & Workplace Readiness

We equip young people with the resilience, leadership, and career skills they need to navigate school, life transitions, and the workforce. Our structured programs help students manage stress, support peers, and develop professional skills for future success. We believe that youth well-being is a shared responsibility. To create a strong, supportive ecosystem, we also work with parents and educators to build mental resilience, develop career readiness, and foster positive peer and family relationships.

Helping individuals, families & communities take their first steps towards wellness

 

We believe that wellness is for everyone. Through interactive programs, public talks, and well-being circles, we help people explore what wellness means to them and support them in taking their first step to wellness.
