Consulting Services

Wellness consulting, grounded in research and built around your people.

Lasting well-being is rarely built through one-off workshops. It grows when wellness is woven into how a school, an organisation, or a community is designed and led. This is where our consulting work comes in.

At TWIS, we partner with schools, organisations, and community partners to shape wellness strategies, programmes, and capabilities that fit their context and last. Our consulting is grounded in close to a decade of experience in organisational development, anchored in our 10 Dimensions of Wellness framework, and informed by research and the data that already lives within your organisation. We are committed to turning research into action, so that what we design together leads to real and sustained change.

We do not arrive with a fixed playbook. We listen first, shape the work, and walk alongside with you.

How We Work

Every consulting partnership is different, but our approach follows four stages:

  1. Discover: We get to know your context, your people, and your goals, drawing on engagement surveys, focus groups, interviews, and your existing data. We listen for what is working and where your people are straining.

  2. Diagnose:. We make sense of what we are hearing, collect data where required, to understand you and your organisation/community. We share back the structural, cultural, and leadership patterns shaping well-being.

  3. Design: Together, we shape the strategy, programme, or capability that fits your organisation, tailored to your people and their reality.

  4. Deliver and Sustain: We support implementation, and we build the capability within your team so that the work continues long after we step away.

Our Consulting Services

Wellness Strategy Design

We help organisations move wellness from the edges to the centre of how they operate. Drawing on organisation design, evidence-based research, and your own people data, we partner with you to shape a wellness strategy that strengthens both well-being and performance.

This often includes:

  • A clear picture of what is helping or hindering well-being and performance in your organisation

  • A tailored wellness strategy aligned to your goals and culture

  • Policy, structural, and leadership recommendations

  • A plan for how well-being will be measured and stewarded over time

Who is this for:

  • Corporates

  • Social enterprises

  • Institutes of Higher Learning

  • Public agencies

  • Organisations starting their wellness offerings

Programme and Curriculum Co-Design

We co-create wellness programmes and curriculum with schools, institutions, and organisations who want something built for their people rather than taken off a shelf. We bring our frameworks, research, and facilitation experience. You bring deep knowledge of your community.

This often includes:

  • Wellness programmes and learning journeys

  • Curriculum and content grounded in the 10 Dimensions of Wellness

  • Age-appropriate and context-appropriate design for your audience

  • Tools and resources your team can continue to use

Who is this for:

  • Schools

  • Institutes of Higher Learning

  • Public agencies

  • Organisations seeking tailored wellness programmes or curriculum.

Train-the-Trainer and Capability Building

We help your people build the confidence and skills to carry wellness forward themselves. By developing internal champions, facilitators, and leaders, we help well-being become self-sustaining within your community.

This often includes:

  • Train-the-trainer programmes for educators, HR teams, and facilitators

  • Wellness champion and ambassador development

  • Peer support leadership training

  • Practical toolkits and ongoing guidance

Who is this for:

  • Schools developing educators or student leaders

  • Workplaces building wellness champions and HR capability

  • Community partners growing volunteers and ambassadors

Leadership and Organisational Development

Drawing on our organisational development roots, we help leaders and organisations build cultures where people thrive. We support leaders to lead well, and we help organisations align their structures, culture, and people practices with well-being.

This often includes:

  • Organisational culture diagnostics and transformation roadmaps

  • Team effectiveness, psychological safety, and communication

  • HR policy and people practice review through a well-being lens

Who is this for:

  • Corporates

  • School and institutional leadership

  • Social enterprises

  • Organisations investing in their leaders and culture.

Why Partner with Us

  • Grounded in real experience: Our consulting is built on close to a decade of organisational development experience across global and regional roles, in organisations from small enterprises to large multinationals.

  • Research into Action: Everything we design is informed by evidence and our 10 Dimensions of Wellness framework, and translated into practical, lasting change.

  • Holistic by Design: We look at the whole picture, from individual habits to structures, culture, and leadership.

  • A Partner, not a Vendor: We walk alongside you, and we build the capability for the work to continue after we step away.

If you are exploring what wellness could look like across your organisation or community, we would love to have a conversation.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a wellness workshop for our scholars conducted by TWIS, and it was an excellent experience. The session was engaging, thoughtfully designed, and well-delivered. The facilitators demonstrated a clear understanding and created an open, supportive environment for participation.

Our scholars walked away with practical tools and insights to support their mental and emotional well-being. We truly appreciate TWIS's professionalism and passion for wellness education.
