STRIVE for WEllness
For Schools
Supporting Transitions through Resilience, Inspiration, Vision and Empowerment
For young people to care for their well-being, navigate transitions, and step into the future with confidence.

Today's young people face growing mental health challenges, academic pressure, and uncertainty as they move from school into further study and work. Many carry stress and anxiety quietly, and few have access to structured support that brings mental wellness and growth together. STRIVE for WEllness walks alongside students, educators, and parents to change that.

Across our three pillars, STRIVE for WEllness in schools helps young people:
-
Build mental health literacy and resilience
-
Prepare for transitions into tertiary education and work
-
Thrive and stay well as they grow

Why STRIVE for WEllness?
-
1 in 4 youths in Singapore has considered self-harm in the past year (Ipsos Global Health Service Monitor, 2023)
-
1 in 10 youths suffers from a mental health disorder (CNA, 2023)
-
About 1 in 3 young people (30.6%) aged between 15 and 35 years in Singapore reported experiencing severe or extremely severe symptoms of depression, anxiety and/or stress (IMH, 2024)
-
A recent study shows 81% of 18 to 24 year olds and 83% of 25 to 34 year olds reporting burnout (Forbes, 2025)
