Our Programmes
Here at TWIS we host and run a variety of wellness workshops and events.
Community-based project where Singaporeans across the country were invited to join and co-create designs to transform spaces in the library into physical wellness checkpoints.
Through this program, we hope to spark a positive and sustained shift in attitudes and behaviours youths hold toward their mental health and holistic well-being.
Wellness planning talks/workshops for organisations to empower individuals to take a more active approach towards their well-being.
